MUSIC
The music of stones seems to come from afar, at first strange and indefinable.
It is made up of sounds that seem to come from nowhere, sounds with long echoes in space. These are unusual sounds because there are no overtones, only pure sine tones, unique in Nature.

A breath-like ether pervades space. From this breath comes a somewhat moaning sound, which swells and subsides like a wave, spreading itself through space until the sound sets the floor vibrating and a murmur fills every corner of the room. This is a sound which spreads itself in a crescendo into an over- whelming choral-like space.

Melodies become involved, as the developing melodies from the large block gradually intensify and structures become more complex and begin to rage.

The stony polyphony allows hovering sound clouds to pass by, archaic and new. Unique pieces of tremendous tone colour and magic emerge.

This polyphony corresponds with the music of the stone, weaving itself into a many layered fabric. Suddenly the stone object loses its rigidity, pulsates in space and opens the memory of the Earth. It is impossible to express in words the feelings and emotions this music arouses. It is a music that physically fills   both the player and the listener. When hands are dipped in water to enliven the stone and encourage it to sing, when the depths of the stone are awakened, a micro cosmos of inward stillness emerges.
