Sound spreads out in all materials. Vibrations can be perceived everywhere. Although not visible in air, they are visible in ether, in and on water. Matter resonates, vibrates, spreads outs and develops figures on and in water. Like letters, angles appear and new signs originate.

Alexander Lauterwasser makes this visible. He has developed methods to photograph this phenomenon.


Water-music pictures is his name for photographs of water responses to music. A new optical-sensory world is revealed through his works. We have been working together for some time, and have given our first live concert with water-music projections on a backdrop. Lauterwasser has also played our music on water and the forthcoming DVD will be available from us by the end of the year.
